Iurii Gulevatyi, Associate at AGA Partners, acted as a moderator and speaker of the UBA Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution meeting, dedicated to the specifics of the application of interim measures in international arbitration.

During the event, the participants discussed the criteria for the successful application of interim relief, as well as the recognition and enforcement of decisions of Emergency Arbitrators against sovereigns in investment arbitration proceedings.
