Does truth spring from argument?

We decided to test this statement in practice, and the II Annual Conference of Agrarian Lawyers organized by ProAgro Information Company has become the platform for such a serious experiment.

Participants were given a unique opportunity to hear how some of Ukraine's best lawyers in the field of foreign economic activity, instead of usual speeches, analyzed several of the most important issues that Ukrainian companies exporting agrarian products face in their practice.

Irina Moroz, Partner at AGA Partners, in her speech told about the actions of the authorities and third parties in Ukraine that can affect the execution of the trade contract, the incorporation of EU quality standards in contracts and the existing risks for Ukrainian sellers.
