AGA Partners and GAFTA joint course on Formation and Fulfilment of Contractual Obligations - Shipping the Goods to China has been successfully completed.

The trainees have got a comprehensive understanding of the parties’ rights and obligations under the standard contract forms and of the peculiarities of grain exports to China according to GAFTA rules.

We thank all participants for attending the workshop and their interesting questions. We also have good news for those who could not get to us this time: in connection with such high interest to the event, we will hold the course again. You will be able to join us on 29-30 June in St. Petersburg.
