AGA Partners acts as a partner of the newly created project Junior Arbitration League, a platform for the new generation lawyers in the alternative dispute resolution sphere. JAL's main goal is to create a community of young lawyers struggling for diversity and empowerment within the market for alternative dispute resolution. Among the co-founders of JAL are AGA Partners' associates Yurii Bedenko and Dmytro Izotov.
