Particularly, on October 5th, 2009 the seminar The Brussels II Regulation, jurisdictions and conflicts of laws was held and Aminat Suleymanova, Managing Partner of AGA Partners was invited to take part in the abovementioned event. The seminar covered the issue of family law and was focused on the practical aspects of conflicts of laws and international litigation, as Aminat Suleymanova presented a paper on family law of Ukraine that received very positive feedback from the seminar audience.
