Professional experience

Dariia specializes in international commercial arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement, mediation and litigation.

Dariia's practice includes the resolution of disputes in GAFTA, LCIA, SIAC, ICC, SCC, PCA as well as in the ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representation in Ukrainian courts.

Dariia is regularly involved in managing disputes resolution in foreign jurisdictions, advising clients on a broad range of civil and commercial law matters, preparing legal opinions and participating the preparation of expert reports on the Ukrainan law matters.
