Professional experience

Maksym Fesenko is an Associate at AGA Partners, specializing in international trade, commercial arbitration, and international trade law. 

Maksym regularly participates in the representation of clients in international arbitration institutions such as GAFTA, FOSFA and, in the ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition, Maksym is also regularly involved in advising clients on issues of commercial and civil law of Ukraine, as well as English law. 

The scope of Maksym's professional interests includes the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards in Ukraine.
