Professional experience

Andrii Tantsiura is an Associate at AGA Partners, specializing in international commercial and investment arbitration, international trade law, and trade dispute resolution.

Andrii takes a leading role in representing clients in arbitration institutions in accordance with the arbitration rules of GAFTA, LMAA, FOSFA, and the ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In addition, Andrii regularly participates in advising clients on a wide range of international trade, English law, and Ukrainian legislation matters.

He is also responsible for preparing legal opinions and drafting trade contracts for Ukrainian and foreign clients.
