Professional experience

Vladyslav is an associate with AGA Partners, focusing on international commodities trade, international arbitration. He has experience in international arbitrations under GAFTA and LMAA rules. Vladyslav was also involved in proceedings before Ukrainian courts related to the arrest of a vessel due to cargo shortage, and provided legal opinions on concluding settlement agreements and trade contracts.

Participant of moot court competitions John H. Jackson (2023) on international trade law and Willem C. Vis (2025) on international commercial arbitration.

Author of several academic articles on the law of international responsibility, focusing on problematic aspects of compensation for damages caused by the aggressor state.
