Professional experience

Maksym Kinash is an Associate at AGA Partners, specializing in cross-border disputes in the agricultural and industrial sectors.

He has practical experience in handling international disputes under the rules of LMAA, GAFTA, and other arbitration frameworks, as well as in matters related to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Additionally, he has experience in corporate law in the United Arab Emirates.

A distinct area of Maksym’s practice involves securing claims through the arrest of maritime vessels in accordance with applicable international conventions.

Maksym provides advice on Ukrainian and England & Wales law, with a focus on commercial, contractual, and maritime matters, analyzes English court case law, and offers guidance on its practical application.
