Professional Experience

Oleksandra is an Associate at AGA Partners, specialising in international trade, commercial arbitration, and dispute resolution.

She has experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings under the GAFTA, LCIA, and ICAC at the UCCI rules, as well as in litigation before Ukrainian courts. Her practice also includes matters related to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court judgments.

Oleksandra has assisted in preparing expert reports for arbitration proceedings and has been involved in initiating investment arbitration under UNCITRAL rules.

In addition, she has worked on disputes in the energy sector and in the field of air (aviation) law, and also has experience in employment and competition law matters.

Fluent at Ukrainian, English, russian and has a basic knowledge of German.
