Professional experience
Tetiana has experience in cross-border litigation, international trade and international arbitration matters. As part of the AGA Partners team, she predominantly advises businesses on international trade and arbitration matters.
Among others, her previous roles include serving as a legal advisor to the International Committee of the Red Cross, focusing on legal issues related to armed conflict; conducting academic research in international arbitration as a Graduate Research Assistant to Professor Sandra Friedrich at the University of Miami School of Law and as a Research Assistant at Arbitrator Intelligence; and supporting international organizations and private entities in both Ukrainian and cross-border litigation.
She also assisted in pro bono preparation of submissions to the European Council Committee of Ministers regarding the incompatibility of Ukrainian criminal proceedings with European Court of Human Rights practice.
