Professional experience

Daria is an Associate at AGA Partners, specializing in international commercial arbitration, international trade law and dispute resolution.

Daria assists in handling GAFTA and FOSFA arbitrations, as well as ad hoc arbitrations. She also prepares legal opinions on the matters of international trade and commerce, particularly under English and Ukrainian law.

Her areas of interest include the questions of arbitration procedure and substantial matters under the CISG.

Languages

Fluent in Ukrainian, English, Russian and has basic knowledge of French.
